Carlen MilnerCan’t recommend Barry enough. We were under contract for a house and after inspection had him come out to give a quote for some older mold spots. Once we got our quote and had a date planned our closing date kept getting pushed back due to the holidays and each time I had to move it he was very accommodating and understanding. Barry was very responsive and was very knowledgeable about what was needed and was willing to answer my and my husband’s questions. The main water line at my business property leaked and dumped a ton of water into the crawl space. Within an hour from my call Brandan and his crew were onsite pumping it out and assessing the damage. They installed a dehumidifier that night and came back a few days later to perform mold remediation, remove the damaged insulation, seal and encapsulate the ceiling and remove the old plastic floor barrier. I also had them clean the ductwork. They did an amazing job and sent pictures of everything. Their price was fair and the service was excellent. KCI was very blessed to have come across this company in a crisis!! The first company we called for a quote was a total rip off and was overpricing everything to up charge the insurance company which is very dangerous thing to do considering you as the homeowner does not have approval for the work during a claim so whatever the insurance company would not pay for you would be responsible for. When I called Barry Pyron with square soft restoration, he was able to come out the same night and give us another quote which was less 1/3 the price of what the other company was trying to charge. Not only was he honest but he educated me along the way what he needed to do and what to expect which turned out to be the same work and price as he quoted from the first night. Don't hesitate to use this company, they are honest and passionate with what they are doing and price you according to the job not for what they think they can get!!! I will recommend this company to my family and friends if there is ever a need.
